How Patricia uses our dietary supplements:
“I use dietary supplements as a complement to my regular diet, Sometimes I use more and sometimes less. I use Omega 3, D-vitamin, Push Hypertrophy and Kre-alkalyn on a daily basis. I take Omega 3 and D-vitamin in the morning and Push Hypertrophy and Kre-alkalyn before workout. I also use Protein after workout if there is a long time until my next meal. Milk&Whey chocolate is my personal favourite and I often use it for breakfast. I then mix a scoop of protein with 30-50g oatmeal and 30g frozen raspberries and mix it in a shaker. Quick and easy to bring with you and works perfect as a healthy snack inbetween meals”
